This is a notice on the 5/21 update scheduled.

◈ 5/21 Update Details
1.The new content, Faction War will be added.
-Act 1 Faction War Battlefield “Stillbrook Basin” will open.
1) Time Period: Starting at 21:00 (UTC +8) for 10 minutes.
2) Entry Time: At 20:50 (UTC +8), 10 minutes before the Faction War begins.
3) How to join: You can join the War by going to [Menu]> [Faction]> [Faction Status]> [Stillbrook Basin].
※ Faction War will initially open as a beta service and we plan to open one Faction Battlefield for now.
※ You can join the Faction War 10 minutes before the starting time. However, if it reaches the maximum number of participants for each channel, you won’t be able to join it.
※ The Faction War takes place across 5 different channels. 50 players from each Faction can join the Faction War in each channel.
▶ Changes after the update
1) The difficulty level for defeating monsters will be lowered for the balance issue.
-Lv 1-40: Overall Monster AP will be lowered
-Lv 40-90: The Piercing Rate and the difficulty of defeating the monster will both be increased by a small margin
-Lv 90-140: The overall Stats of monsters will be lowered significantly.
→ Lv 90-140: The overall Stats of monsters will be lowered except for the piercing rate.
→ Lv123-140: The overall Stats of monsters will be lowered significantly.
-Lv 140-190: The overall Stats of monsters will be lowered significantly.
-Lv 190-230: The overall Stats of monsters will be lowered significantly.
2) We are going to lower the AP of Hongmoon Dungeon (Normal) monsters for those struggling with clearing the Dungeons.
3) Hongmoon Pass Daily Mission reset time will change from 04:00 (UTC +8) to 00:00 (UTC +8)
4) One of the missions for Hongmoon Pass Daily Mission, “Weekly Timed Mission” will be changed to reforging items.
▶ Errors that will be fixed.
1) The bug that causes the user to be directed to the Mailbox and the Bag game guide when tapping the probability information of Equipment summon and Pet Summon will be fixed.
2) Limited Soul Shield Event Reset Error will be fixed.
3) The abnormal Pop-up message appearing on screen after completing the Conquest Missions will be fixed.
4) The overlapping text displayed outside of the text box for Sub Quest Titles will be fixed
5) On the Clan Prize screen, the weekly Contribution is instead displaying the log in time.
It will be correctly displayed after the fix.
6) The overlapping text displayed outside of the text box for Achievements information will be fixed
7) The incorrect display of the hierarchy of the Faction Ranks on the game guide will be fixed.
8) Super Guardian Stone is currently incorrectly displayed as having to be obtained through the Exchange Merchant in Yehara’s Mirage instead of Zaiwei South District. It will be fixed after the update.
9) The incorrect display of the Superior Equipment Chest information will be fixed.
-The info stating that using the Superior Equipment Chest will give 1 Radiant Superior Equipment with 100% chance, and 5 other items was incorrectly displayed. it will be corrected to receiving 1 Radiant Superior Equipment after the fix.
-We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. As a way to compensate for your inconvenience, we are going to give out compensation rewards.
10) The overlapping text displayed outside of the Pet Summon button will be fixed.
* Target: Players who purchased Hongmoon Pass before the 5/21 maintenance begins
* Compensation rewards: 4 Superior Equipment Chests, 1 Radiant Superior Accessory Chest
* Compensation Time: The compensation reward will be sent out in waves
beginning at 17:00 05/28/2020 (UTC + 8).
11) The incorrect display of the Clan Prize Text, Weekly Reward, will be corrected to “Monthly Reward.”
12) The bug which causes the player to receive the wrong outfit when using an Appearance Change Ticket will be fixed.
-The outfit will be changed to the correct one for those who have experienced these issues before maintenance ends.
